Our corporate litigation department represents shareholders and corporations in the context of securities disputes. We can also undertake derivative action or contractual dispute remedy for the oppression of minority shareholders under the Canada Business Corporations Act or the Quebec Business Corporations Act before the Commercial Division of the Superior Court.
