A graduate of McGill University and the Université de Sherbrooke, Nadia was called to the Quebec Bar in 2014. She joined Gattuso Bouchard Mazzone’s corporate group in 2022 after having worked for over five years at a boutique law firm specializing in construction, real estate, commercial and corporate law. Nadia also has experience with litigation matters in the area of construction.

In those contexts, Nadia advises clients on a broad range of construction matters, corporate law matters and real estate transactions, which includes drafting, negotiating and review of various commercial agreements. Nadia also provides legal advice on matters relating to the professional qualifications of contractors, contractual disputes, claims for construction defects and latent defects.
