Retired Lawyer

Michael Polak is a retired lawyer. He now acts as a strategic advisor with Gattuso Bouchard Mazzone.

For more than 39 years, Mr. Polak has acted as lead counsel in all small and medium business operations regarding compliance, liability, labor, litigation, partnership agreements, intellectual property, risk management and the review of commercial documents. He also informed individuals of their rights in all areas of Quebec law.

Since 2010, Mr. Polak has also been the honorary consul of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Montreal and acts as an intermediary between the Dutch government and the municipal, provincial and federal governments of Canada.
