Anik Bernatchez practices in the Civil and Commercial Litigation Group at Gattuso Bouchard Mazzone. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Université Laval in Quebec City in 1994 and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1995.

Since the beginning of her practice, Mtre Bernatchez has focused on litigation matters. She began her career in the office of the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions then transitioned to civil and commercial litigation.

Over the years, she has developed experience in many sectors, including construction law, insurance law, tax litigation, civil and professional liability, as well as the exercise of extraordinary remedies such as seizures before judgment, safeguard orders and injunctions.

The cases she has handled represent the full range of contentious situations that businesses, as well as individuals, may experience before various courts. Thanks to her experience, Mtre Bernatchez knows how to anticipate and effectively assess legal risks in order to safeguard the rights of her clients.
