Me Messica Bari is a member of the litigation group. She is a member of the Quebec Bar Association and practices law in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. She has acted for institutional and individual clients at ail steps of litigation in front of various courts such as the Superior Court and Court of Appeal.
Me Bari began her practice in a law firm located in downtown Montreal, where she gained valuable experience as a litigator in a number of areas such as insurance law, civil liability, professional liability, injunctions and defamation lawsuits. She has also acted as a lecturer in many conferences and bootcamps to lawyers and adjusters from other Canadian provinces in matters of insurance law and litigation process in Quebec.
ln 2017, Me Bari graduated from the Faculty of Law of Sherbrooke University with a certificate in International Private Law from Salzburg University in Austria, which allowed her to develop an interest in civil, commercial and international law. She also graduated with distinction from Concordia University in psychology and acted as a research assistant in the department of neuroscience.
ln addition to her practice as a lawyer, Me Bari sat on the Board of a Syndicate of coownerships and has volunteered for many organizations such as Pro Bono Canada and Y des femmes de Montréal.
