Me Farhat joined Gattuso Bourget Mazzone in 2019 after completing her law degree at University of Montreal. Holder of a Master’s degree in criminal law, she has a strong interest for matters related to administrative, criminal and constitutional law. In the course of her practice, she pleaded before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court and the administrative courts of Quebec. While in law school, she worked at the University’s Legal Clinic and worked as a research assistant to the now Dean of the faculty of Law of the University of Montreal, France Houle.
Media frequently invite Me Farhat to speak on judicial developments, particularly in criminal law and Canadian constitutional law. She has been involved for several years in the defense of fundamental human rights and acts as a speaker in these fields.
