Me Sarah Perron a lawyer in our Civil, Labour and Commercial Litigation department. Her practice focuses primarily on constitutional litigation, i.e. the protection of fundamental rights and the rule of law.
Sarah began her career as an articling student at a national law firm. A law graduate from the Université de Montréal, Sarah had previously obtained a university degree in industrial relations, finishing in the Dean’s Honour List. In 2021, she obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B), as well as a Juris Doctor, having completed the combined program, where she made the Honor List of Undergraduate Students.
During her time at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal, Sarah had a series of professional experiences. She worked as a research assistant in the law of obligations and constitutional law and as a teaching assistant in constitutional law. In addition, Sarah enjoys getting involved in her community. Committed to Faculty life, Sarah was the academic representative of the 2nd and 3rd year students, putting her interpersonal skills, open-mindedness and rigor to good use.
